This summer I will be travelling to Tanzania to work with the Tanzania Teachers' Union. As in the past, I will be sponsored by the Canadian Teachers' Federation working in partnership with the PanAfrican Teachers' Centre. This year I will be travelling with Arlene Littlemore.
I anticipate that the workshops will take place in Dar es Salaam during the second week of July. Never having been to that part of Africa I am very excited about experiencing all that it has to offer. Tanzania is home of the Serengeti, Kilimanjaro, and Zanzibar.

I hope your have a good trip to Tanzania. We have move to the new place lest week. But now i don't stay with Mr. Lawrence because the condition he had set up for me was unrealisable. I don't know he know before do it. He said if i want to stay there he have to rent the place for me and don’t have right to cook there and bring nobody. So i rent a single room for my self near our office. He said those things in office meeting. I was very embarrassed.
Before he told me that as soon as we move to the new place i will assists Perpetue for one day in a week Edem 4 days in a week because of the cost i have done and that will happen without any condition. It like a promotion for me whish will change a little my condition.
But now last week i surprise when he call me and said that he is going to give me three month to complete my caretaker work and after that he will discuses with me to work on the temporary basic. And he is no that he will sack me but me i see that is no true. because i hear that he said at the boarding meeting that because we will move at Sodep house my job is not longer necessary so i have to go and the meeting said no because i have a knowledge in account so i have to assists Perpetue that is why he paid me the cost and he put in the staff training report that PATC has trained me to assists the accountant. He plans those things because i refuse his conditions.
I don't know why this man wants to take out my opportunities in profit of others stay with him 5 years now. I cook, wash and take care of his children for him and now he want to this for me. He takes some body already as a cleaner and don’t want me to develop as he children. He doesn’t have any social knowledgment for poor people like me. I don't have opportunities to make high Education and this must be the one for me but Lawrence said no. I will send you a copy of his letter as soon as possible.
Any way I don’t have anything to do. It David and Goliath so God will fight for every body.
Miss Barbara said there is a surprise for in this July when you will come for the workshop. I’m excited to see it soon.
